Farid AG Holdings Limited (bulliontogo) Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Policy
This document defines the delivery terms and conditions for goods purchased on the website bulliontogo.co.uk from Farid AG Holdings LTD. These terms supersede any prior understandings or agreements, whether oral or written.
2. Delivery Timescales
While BullionToGo (a trading name of Farid AG Holdings Limited, Company No. 08887546) always aims to meet advertised delivery schedules once an order has been dispatched, there may be circumstances where these timescales cannot be met. Delivery schedules should be considered indicative and not contractual. We reserve the right to adjust delivery dates based on:
- Market conditions, including factors beyond our control (e.g., government restrictions, operational disruptions).
- Supplier availability and stock constraints.
- External factors affecting courier services or delivery logistics.
3. Order Dispatch Conditions
No order will be dispatched until:
- Full payment has been received and cleared.
- The delivery address has been verified and authenticated.
- Customer identity verification is successfully completed (if required).
4. Delivery Process
Once ready for shipping, your order will be dispatched using Royal Mail Special Delivery or an alternative insured courier service. Tracking is provided via GPS technology.
- Deliveries are made to the address provided, not necessarily the named recipient.
- If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, it is your responsibility to ensure an authorised person is available to receive the order.
- If no one is available, the courier will leave a failed delivery notice with instructions for re-delivery or collection from a local depot.
5. Proof of ID at Delivery
BullionToGo reserves the right to require ID verification upon delivery. If this applies to your order, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm delivery arrangements.
6. Liability for Delivered Orders
- If an order is accepted at your address but not received by you personally, BullionToGo is not liable for the loss.
7. Inspecting Your Delivery
Before accepting the package, carefully inspect it for signs of damage or tampering. If damage or tampering is evident, reject the delivery immediately and request a return to BullionToGo.
8. Missing or Undelivered Orders
If you do not receive your order despite receiving a dispatch confirmation, notify us immediately at sales@bulliontogo.com, providing your Order Number and any tracking updates.
9. Delivery to Multi-Occupancy Addresses
If your address is in a shared or multi-occupancy location, BullionToGo does not accept responsibility for loss if someone other than you signs for the package.
10. Collection from BullionToGo Offices
Customers may collect orders from our office by prior arrangement. Collection counts as fulfilment of delivery obligations.
11. Delivery Date Disclaimer
All delivery dates are approximate. BullionToGo relies on manufacturers’ and suppliers’ schedules, which may change. Delivery dates do not constitute a contractual obligation, and time is not of the essence in the contract.
