1. Agreement Overview
This document defines the terms and conditions under which you, the buyer, agree to purchase and receive goods from Farid AG Holdings LTD. These terms serve as the basis for the purchase agreement and supersede any prior understandings or agreements, whether oral or written.

2. Order Placement
By placing an order on this website, you are entering into a binding contract under these terms, which govern the purchase of the specified goods. These terms are the only conditions that apply to this transaction, dismissing any other conditions not explicitly agreed upon.

3. Order Verification
It is your responsibility as the buyer to ensure that all details of your order, including specifications and quantities, are accurate and complete. Confirmation of your order through our website finalizes your purchase at the stated price, pending our acceptance.

4. Order Acceptance
Acceptance of your order occurs when we confirm the completion of your order via our website. This confirmation solidifies our contractual agreement.

5. Order Review Process
All orders are subject to a comprehensive review, which may be both manual and automated, to ensure order accuracy and authenticity. During this review, we may request additional information to validate the order.

6. Payment Conditions
All financial transactions must adhere to the outlined payment terms. We accept payments through:
card, bank wire transfer and KAU/KAG digital tokens
Payments must be completed by following on-site instructions, which you are responsible for following accurately.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Once an order is placed via our website, you agree to adhere to these terms, including our cancellation policy. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to permit cancellation of any order and may require compensation for any associated costs or market losses. 8. ‘Buy-Back’ ‘Re-Purchase’ Policy
This clause refers to the optional Buy-Back of Bullion.

BullionToGo may, at its discretion, offer to purchase bullion previously sold to a customer.
Any such buy-back:
is entirely optional for both the customer and BullionToGo;
is not guaranteed and is subject to BullionToGo’s acceptance at the time of request;
will be priced by reference to the prevailing market price of the relevant metal at the time the buy-back is agreed.
The customer is under no obligation to sell bullion back to BullionToGo and may retain, transfer, or sell the bullion to any third party of their choosing.
Title to the bullion passes to the customer upon completion of the original sale.
During any period in which bullion is held in storage on the customer’s behalf, BullionToGo acts solely as custodian or administrator and has no beneficial ownership interest in the bullion.

Any agreement by BullionToGo to repurchase bullion from a customer constitutes a separate and independent transaction from the original sale.

9. Pricing and Taxes
Our prices include/exclude all applicable taxes where stated. You are responsible for any additional country-specific taxes or duties associated with your purchase.

10. Pricing Errors
In the unlikely event of a pricing error or typo, we reserve the right to cancel or amend the affected order. If an error in price calculation occurs, we will seek your cooperation to correct the error, and you agree to indemnify us against any damage arising from such errors.

11. Returns and Exchanges.
We do not accept returns for other reasons unless mandated by law. Exchanges are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to decide whether to replace or refund defective items.

12. Liability Disclaimer
We provide all goods “as is” without any guarantee of accuracy or suitability for a specific purpose, except as explicitly described in the product listing. We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied. You assume full responsibility for using the information on our websites, and you understand and agree that we are not responsible or liable for any claim, loss, or damage resulting from its use.

13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations where such failure results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including mechanical, electronic, or communications failure or degradation.

14. Delivery Restrictions.
Orders to be shipped to P.O. boxes will be cancelled. All deliveries must be received and signed for by the buyer at the specified address.

15. Legal and Compliance
You agree to comply with all local, country, and international laws, statutes, ordinances, and regulations regarding your use of our services and your purchase of items.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be handled in the official courts located in the United Kingdom.

17. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
